Digital security training
Practical training that helps your staff, partners or community protect themselves — built around the threats they actually face.
Most attacks start with a person: a convincing phishing email, a reused password, an unlocked phone. Technology alone can’t fix that. Training can — if it is practical, relevant and doesn’t leave people more anxious than before.
Who it’s for
- Staff and volunteers at NGOs, media organisations, public bodies and businesses.
- Journalists, activists and human rights defenders facing targeted threats.
- Managers and leadership, who make the decisions security depends on.
What we cover
Every course is built around your threat model, so the content depends on who you are and who might target you. Typical topics:
- recognising phishing and social engineering
- passwords, password managers and two-factor authentication
- securing phones and laptops
- secure messaging and communication
- protecting yourself when travelling and at borders
- recognising disinformation and information manipulation campaigns
- what to do — and who to call — when something goes wrong
How we deliver it
Sessions are hands-on: participants secure their own devices and accounts as they go, rather than just listening. We train in English, Armenian and Russian.
TODO(Artur): formats offered (in person, online, workshops, training of trainers) and typical group size.
